My request displays all the information about the status of the processes and allows you to perform other actions related to the processes and tasks.

Query request status

Description

Displays a table with all the pending processes that exist in the system and their status. You can search for processes by different parameters and check these processes and their tasks. You can perform actions on each one as well depending on the process status.

You must know that a process can be composed by one or more tasks (automatic or manual tasks).

Custom attributes

  • Process ID: Unique process identifier in the system.
  • Process Name: Generic process name
  • Status: Displays the point in progress on the defined process diagram. Depend on the process status, you could perform some operations or others.
  • Start date: Date and time the process starts
  • End date: Date and time the process ends. A process without end date it is a process in progress

To view all the attributes of one process, you can access to Process Search to consult the custom attributes.

Actions

The actions that can be performed on each process vary according to its type and status.

Add, modify or remove user

Allows acces to the processes list of type "Add, modify or remove user" where you can choose a process and browse to the task. ne you click in the task you can  &&TODO&&

Permission request

Allows acces to the processes list of type "Permission request" where you can choose a process and browse to the task. ne you click in the task you can  &&TODO&&

Reconcile process

Allows access to the processes list of type "Reconcile process" where you can choose a process and browse to the task. One you click in the task you can fill the parameters and schedule task ejecution

Reload

Reload the processes table.

Download CSV file

It is allowed to download a CSV file with all the information of the processes list.
