Description
Soffid provides the ability to incorporate business processes or define new business processes as needed. Users with the appropriate permissions will be able to execute these processes.
My request screen allows you to queryusers: allon the one hand, consult the processes they have executed and view the process details and status; on the other hand, they will have access to execute the processes for which they have been assigned the proper permissions.

Query request status
Description
Displays a table with all the pending processes that exist in the system and their status. You can search for processes by different parameters and check these processes and their tasks. You can perform actions on each one as well depending on the process status.
You must know that a process can be composed by one or more tasks (automatic or manual tasks).
Custom attributes
- Process ID: Unique process identifier in the system.
- Process Name: Generic process name
- Status: Displays the point in progress on the defined process diagram. Depend on the process status, you could perform some operations or others.
- Start date: Date and time the process starts
- End date: Date and time the process ends. A process without end date it is a process in progress

Actions
The operations to be performed depend on the business processes defined with the workflow engine.

You can also perform basic operations on the process list:
Reload | Reload the processes table with updated data. |
Download CSV file | It is allowed to download a CSV file with all the information of the processes list. |
Query Filters | It is allowed to filter data in each column of the table. |
